Referral partner and professional conduct terms

These terms protect the owner’s control and the relationships that bring owners and qualified buyers to the platform.

Owner-placed listings only

Owner Control accepts no exclusive listings. Every listing is placed by the owner.

No solicitation for representation

Referral partners, brokers, agents, lenders, and any professional who receives an introduction through Owner Control agree not to solicit a listed owner for an exclusive listing, representation, or any agreement that would give the professional authority to speak for the owner, for 24 months after first contact through the platform.

Partner relationships are protected

ACE does not go around the partner who brought the owner or the buyer. The partner’s referral fee is agreed in writing before work begins and paid at closing.

If a professional breaches these terms

A professional who breaches the no-solicitation term forfeits the referral fee on that owner and loses platform access.

The owner is never bound

Owners may end any relationship at any time. Nothing here binds the owner.
