Private buyer access

These owners are not listed anywhere.
They chose to be here.

Owner Control is where owners come to see where they stand and decide what to do next. Nobody represents them, and nothing here is an exclusive listing. ACE Capital speaks with every buyer before an owner is ever offered the choice to connect, which is the reason owners answer.

  • Owners place themselves. No broker speaks for them.
  • Every buyer is screened by ACE Capital before any owner sees them.
  • You structure the deal. Nothing here is pre-packaged.

What vetted access buys you

Two pipelines, one conversation.

The owners on this platform

They came here on their own to measure their position. Some want to sell, some want capital, some want to grow and keep what they built. You see where an owner actually stands rather than a brochure, and you reach them only when they say yes.

The inventory that never reaches a platform

ACE Deals works acquisitions every day that are never listed anywhere. Vetted buyers are considered for those as well, matched against the types, regions and size you tell us you buy.

Why ACE screens you first

Screening is not a hurdle put in front of you. It is the reason an owner takes the call. ACE Capital confirms who you are and what you can actually close, and the owner decides from there. Buyers who close cleanly and deal straight with owners build a standing here, and standing earns earlier looks.

Structure it your way

Seller financing, an earn-out, a partial recapitalization, a lease with an option, or a straight purchase. Nothing here is packaged for you, and ACE works alongside you to build the structure and get it closed, whether the opportunity came from this platform or from ACE's own pipeline.

How it works

  1. Book the vetting call.

Thirty minutes with an ACE specialist about what you buy and what you can close.

  2. Get your readiness confirmed.

Owners see that standing, not your private details.

  3. Reach owners who say yes.

You choose who to approach, and the owner chooses whether to answer.

What it costs

Access is one hundred fifty dollars a month after your trial. A buyer who closes through the portal pays a success fee at closing, agreed in writing before any introduction begins. We do not discuss fees on the first call.

Readiness access does not promise an introduction, financing, or a transaction.

Pick a time that works.

Thirty minutes, free, by video or phone.
