Commercial lenders and mortgage brokers
You see stalled financing, refinancing pressure, and owners whose business and property need a better structure.
For referral partners and ACE Partners
A commercial lender in Houston brought ACE one owner whose property had not sold. ACE found the buyer, structured the transaction, and it closed and funded. The partner was paid at closing, the same day ACE was.

Learn the ACE Method
ACE stands for Accelerating Commercial Equity. Partners learn one conversation, the ACE Owner Call, and end every owner conversation with one of four outcomes: sell now, sell later, buy, or build equity first.

Receive your referral link and start bringing owners.
You do not list. You do not represent. You refer, and you are paid at closing.
ACE never goes around the partner who brought the owner or the buyer. And no partner goes around the owner: no exclusives, no representation, no one speaking for the owner but the owner.
Contract running out and no buyer? Hand the seller relationship to ACE. If it closes, you are paid.
How partner referrals work
Every owner who arrives through it is tagged to you.
An introduction is enough. You do not list and you do not represent.
Assessment, preparation, vetted buyers, structure, and closing.
Your fee is agreed in writing before work begins and paid when the transaction funds.
Fee terms are provided after sign-up.
Who makes a strong partner
You see stalled financing, refinancing pressure, and owners whose business and property need a better structure.
You see transition, tax, estate, and ownership questions before an owner is ready to act.
You see underused property and aging ownership where the operation and real estate need one plan.

Referral partners
Owner Control does not accept exclusive listings, and a broker cannot list a property here on an owner's behalf. What a broker can do is refer the owner. The owner places the listing, keeps control of every conversation, and the broker who made the introduction is paid a referral fee at closing under a written agreement. No listing headaches, no marketing spend, no exclusive to defend.
A licensed broker who referred his client instead of listing the properties.
